How is pricing calculated?

Pricing is per user per month, billed annually. Users are defined as anyone who logs into the IFO4 platform. API-only service accounts do not count toward user limits.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept credit card, ACH, and wire transfer. Enterprise plans can be invoiced with Net-30 or Net-45 terms. We also accommodate purchase orders for government and large enterprise customers.

Are there multi-year discounts?

Yes. 2-year commitments receive an additional 10% discount, and 3-year commitments receive 15% off annual pricing. Multi-year terms include price protection for the contract duration.

Can I change plans mid-contract?

You can upgrade at any time and the price difference will be prorated. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal period. Enterprise customers can add users at any time.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Team and Business plans include a 14-day free trial with full feature access. Enterprise prospects can request a custom proof-of-concept with their own data.
